Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Books can be returned within three days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
The book is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
The book is returned with all original packaging and any promotional items included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
E-books and digital products.
Gift cards.
Final sale items or clearance items.
Personalized or signed books.
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at writetome@sunilguptaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the book back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong book shipped, defective book).
1.4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we will process your refund within seven to ten business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy
2.1 Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed and shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at writetome@sunilguptaofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number.
2.2 Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be canceled at any time before the book’s release date for a full refund. If a pre-order has already shipped, it will be subject to our regular return policy.
2.3 Cancellation after Shipping
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the book in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us at writetome@sunilguptaofficial.com within three days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a book, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

In case your package is lost or stolen during shipping, and the carrier confirms the loss, we will provide a refund or replacement.

Customized or Limited Edition Books
For special editions, customized, or limited-edition books, cancellations or returns may not be allowed unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please ensure you review your purchase details before completing the transaction.
