Eligibility for Refund

Physical Books: Refunds are available within ten days of the delivery date. The DAMADGED book is only eligible for refund policy. It must also be returned with the original packaging and any accompanying materials (e.g., dust jacket, if applicable).

eBooks and Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available on eBook or digital product.

Bundles and Sets: If you purchased a set or bundle, all items in the set or bundle must be returned to be eligible for a refund

Non-Refundable Items

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Books marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Customized or Personalized Books: Books that have been customized or personalized for you are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at writetome@sunilguptaofficial.com with your order number and reason for the return. For physical books, include a photo of the book in its current condition.

Return Shipping: If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven-ten business days. 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a book, please request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Book

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately at writetome@sunilguptaofficial.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at writetome@sunilguptaofficial.com.

 Refund for Lost Packages

In cases where the shipment is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, we will process a refund or send a replacement book. Please allow us time to confirm the package’s status before initiating a refund.

 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • If the book is returned in a used or damaged condition, not due to our error.
  • For items that are returned beyond the ten-day refund period.

Refund for Promotional Items

If you purchased a book during a promotional period or as part of a discount, the refunded amount will be equivalent to the price paid during the promotion and not the original list price.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
